5. Fees
Fees for professional services are set out in each engagement letter. Fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are payable as specified in the letter. Additional work outside the agreed scope is billed separately.
6. Client Records
Client records remain the property of the client. We retain copies as required by professional and tax rules, and return original documents on request at the conclusion of an engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BYCPA Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
